The Brooklyn museum is a hub for cultural events in NYC. The museum has over 500,000 visitors per year viewing its 1.5 million artifacts and rotisserie of events.

The challenge: With the Museum offering a number of different experiences, it was important to determine if website users are able to achieve their varied goals.
